Blogs style video
Blogs style print
I have described them to people who haven't stumble upon them as lifestyle/personal fashion bloggers, And would tend to see them as a spinoff of fashion blogging (Combined with a sort of teen girl magazine gone man or women and megalomaniac), But i don't know art prints for sale about the origins. It is actually does feel related to both cams and those personal sites, And as someone comparable age as a bunch of them, I doubt they can have escaped the influence of that.
I'd add a legion of that fans who won't see a word said against them to your list of common factors. This valuable fascinates me as a non-Collaborating occasional reader (o. k, Or perhaps voyeur), So I am intrigued at what all the others suggests. I find the whole phenomenon a bit Learning ego hungry and often consumerist, But whereas, Articulate ambitious women who write and photography beats the hell out of the camgirl phenomenon. It should serious study, If none's been done previously.
I'm not sure. But I guess this sort of site has been doing for a while - as an example here is a link to Magdelena Donea's site "Periods" (Inside webarchive) From which involves 1997. Female central figure, Diary based pattern, Links to people sites - all in that location in a protean form. Gala got her start using her exposure to the colourful side of goth fashion, But she tends to stick to writing on eating raw and mood boosting tips, I feel because she got a bit burned out. One more girls are more art oriented, And for Nubby Twiglet I believe her blog is also promoting her graphics.
These are closely related to the style blogging world, But encourage reaching your appearance and your art. Most of the style blogs, Which a very avid young female blogger called Julie linked up through Coutorture are more product focused.
I'm sort of their target market (Vaguely artsy, Vibrant, A woman, vain, Consumed by bight colours) And me and my juicer for many of the fans this also serves as lifestyle porn. These women could be sporting very fringe looks, Are bridging the gap between the scary fringe that women like me aren't quite cool enough to want to carry off, And the sort of general population stuff that's slightly too humdrum for me.

"These blogs cross-Link to one another, But besides that I don't see anything that suggests they're part of a collective or tight group of friends. As an alternative, It looks like a growing sub-Trend of blog, And I wondered if anyone else had noticed this and/or done some research on these blogs,
I do not think it's so much of a self-Realized subgenre of blogging as a group of motivated, Aesthetic/creative women along with own individual blog-Based projects in confluence mutually. As a friend of Star's and a casual internet acquaintance of Gala's, I recognise that Gala, Nubby, And Star are good friends in the real world as well.
It's interesting to see that this is one way someone would perceive it on the surface, also.

MrMoonPie: Your remark inspired me to register Manic Pixie Dream Girl as affiliate marketing website. I want to starting a metablog of those blogs now.
Damsorrow: haya! I figured some of them would know each other (I read Gala's blog now and again and she refers Star and Nubby tons) But I've also seen others do something similar and wondered if there's a trend in the making here. Doe Deere defined has a layout that is strikingly similar to Gala's (We could call it a copy, And in addition) And I predict that a great the "Newly purchased wave" Of non-public blogging, At least with younger set.

Girls have noticed, And despite some defensive posturing brought about by a lack of knowledge of MeFi and AskMe, They answer most questions you may have.

lol! Appreciate that. I was clueless about that everyone I linked to actually knew each other (Though the characteristics are still uncanny - in spite of this, I don't blog like my buddies :r)
